Fifteen evidence-backed checks and two independent approvals before anything is public.
Short answer: fifteen checks (identity, authority, organization, Christian eligibility, ownership, sale status, price and terms, title, zoning, condition, budget, funding plan, sustainability, conflicts, media claims), each with evidence and a named reviewer, then approval by two independent staff. Nothing is public until then, and the outcome of each check is shown on the campaign page.
